I can’t say I’m the biggest Fox News fan, but this article is good stuff and I had to pass it along.  Here are 6 simple but powerful changes you can put into practice that can lead to being healthier and feeling better.

In order, they are:

  • Choose Activity
  • Have a Healthy Breakfast
  • Get your 8 Hours
  • Have your pets spayed or neutered — wait, wait, Dr. Mary must have snuck that one in
  • Keep you Gums Healthy
  • Blog! (or Stay in Touch with Friends)
  • Drink enough Water
